Pair of Radius Dishes with sandpaper

Radius dishes can be found in the shops of most acoustic guitar luthiers. They are used when gluing braces with either a go-bar deck or vacuum clamping system to give the top or back the desired radius. Sanding dishes are used for sanding the rim in preparation for gluing the top and back. Round dishes have a 23.75" diameter.

Please specify your desired radius for each side in the "Order Notes" box at checkout. Standard radiuses available: 12’, 15’, 16’, 20’, 22', 25’, 28’, 30’, 40’, 50’. Custom orders available - please email us to discuss your project!

Both dishes comes with a high-quality 50-grit sandpaper installed. Optional 60-grit paper is available at no extra charge, and is recommended for 12' radius and steeper.
